Admittedly, Lake Drive North, Lake Drive South, and Lake Drive East all deserve a spot in the top 10 most expensive streets in Georgina, however, the numbers quite simply don't work out that way this year. The reality is that a number of non-lakefront listings tend to skew the data away from the lakefront listings in these areas, since their transaction volume is significantly higher: a lot less lakefronts sell than non-lakefronts. That being said, Lake Drive North had some stellar listings and sales (the highest sale being a lakefront at $1,335,000), which kept the road's position alive.

Lake Drive North is a gorgeous, winding, scenic drive along the shores of Lake Simcoe, where the bays open up into the 'big lake', where the water ends beyond the horizon. These breathtaking views have captivated homeowners, buyers, and visitors to Keswick for years, to the point where the street has been gradually populated by luxurious homes. The road features both direct and indirect lakefronts (indirect being more common), for a nice mix of property types, with a number of non-lakefront properties on the street as well. On summer days, Lake Drive North is lit up with the energy of joggers, cyclists, and families and couples out for a peaceful stroll, taking in the beauty of Lake Simcoe. Within walking distance to many residences on Lake Drive North, the patio at Orchard Beach Lakefront Bar & Grill will be packed every night of the week, and happens to be one of the most fantastic places to watch a sunset.
