​Daniel Foch is incredibly passionate about real estate. At only 24 years old, Daniel has been working in the real estate industry for over 5 years, through various co-ops, business startups, part-time jobs, and volunteer work throughout his university career. Daniel's experience and accomplishments are testament to his strong work ethic and passion for real estate. Daniel has founded a number of successful startups in the real estate space, including RealTech Real Estate Technologies and CargoTech Affordable Real Estate Development. Daniel is the General Partner for ROC Hedge Fund (Rational Opportunity Capital) - a private hedge fund headquartered in New York City.
