We've been involved with the assembly, development, and financing of millions of square feet within York Region. Kyle Foch

Landscape Architect (OALA)

Kyle Foch is a CMHC award-winning affordable housing innovator, and a graduate of the University of Guelph's Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Program. During Kyle's time at UoG, he was the recipient of the prestigious Dean's Scholarship, and a member of The Hub, CBaSE's business incubator program, for his shipping container architecture startup with Daniel Foch. Kyle is passionate about the incorporation of natural heritage and character into developments, and his work is testament to that. Kyle is known for consistently presenting landscape architecture plans that exceed client expectations. Kyle's keen attention to detail and direction protects his clients capital expenditure by minimizing the requirement for revision and amendment in the planning process. Kyle works closely with established urban planners, engineers, architects, and municipal governments to help clients expedite successful developments.
