In 1999 Kathy founded Kathy's Christmas Wish, a registered charity created to street-proof Georgina's children: safety education and fingerprinting, with high-school bursaries and food and toy drives alongside. About 1,500 children were fingerprinted in its first year. She has pledged $100 from each transaction to it, per her 2017 Portraits of Giving profile.
