Gary Foch
Georgina's commercial land, assembled deal by deal since 1989.
Gary Foch has been a licensed realtor since 1984. He started in real estate part-time in 1989 while building Hyundai's Canadian dealer network in a corporate commercial real estate role, and left the corporate world in 1998 to build the family practice with Kathy. Since about 2000 he has worked exclusively in commercial real estate from the family's Keswick office: land, farms, plazas, industrial, multi-residential, investment portfolios and development.
His assemblies and sales include much of what is now the Keswick Business Park, the lands that became the Walmart site in Keswick, and over 550 acres of residential development land in Sutton, along with the revitalization of several Keswick plazas and apartment buildings. He owns and manages a portfolio for local investors.
He has served on the Town of Georgina's Economic Development Committee and as a director of the Georgina Chamber of Commerce, and helped launch the Georgina Green Energy Co-operative, a 110-member community solar co-op that secured contracts for 350 kW of rooftop generation.
